At Damien Hey Dance Academy and S Dance Promotions, the safety, wellbeing and welfare of every child, young person and vulnerable adult is of the utmost importance to us. Our safeguarding policy has been created to help ensure clear standards, expectations and procedures are in place at all classes, events and competitions. We believe every individual should feel safe, valued, respected and protected at all times, both on and off the dance floor. These guidelines also help us maintain a professional environment that reflects the high standards we expect across all of our events.
Safeguarding is something we take extremely seriously and continuously review to ensure we are providing the safest possible environment for everyone involved. We encourage open communication and want all parents, dancers and attendees to feel comfortable raising any questions, concerns or feedback they may have.
